SeedFunders is an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in technology driven companies. The Catalyst Fund was designed to minimize risk associated with early stage investing, using a thorough five-step vetting process before backing a company. SeedFunders shares the risk, investing alongside the Catalyst Fund with 40/60 funding model. Active SeedFunders Partners are currently raising capital for the Opportunity Fund to empower the Black entrepreneurial community in Florida. The Fund is open for participation to Accredited Investors with a minimum individual contribution of $5,000. SeedFunders target investment terms include a convertible note with 8% annual interest, capitalized on conversion, which converts to equity upon first eligible priced equity fundraising round at a 20% discount with a $1MM valuation cap.
