    Description:

    Shore Points Capital Management is a value-oriented private equity firm focused on middle-market change-of-control transactions. The firm's strategy is to partner with existing owners/managers as it acquires and invests in well-managed and well-positioned manufacturing, service, and distribution companies located principally in North America. Shore Points primarily sponsors acquisition deals involving businesses with enterprise values from $10 million to $50 million, and with EBITDA of $2 million to $7 million. In September 2006, the founding members of Shore Points Capital left BNP Paribas where they invested in over 50 companies. In over 15 years of investing, the firm's partners have sponsored investments in a wide range of industries including: Business-to-business services, Consumer products & services, Distribution, Electronics, Energy Services, Financial services, Food & restaurants, Manufacturing, Media communications & advertising, and Software & IT services.
