Formerly Investors' Circle, Social Venture Circle (SVC) is a membership network that equips entrepreneurs, impact investors, and capacity-builders with connections, money, and expertise in order to build businesses that drive the NEXT economy: one that is regenerative, equitable and prosperous for all. SVC was established as one of the earliest and most influential peer networks, helping to grow some of the most successful social enterprises in history (Ben & Jerry's, The Body Shop, KIND). SVC has also facilitated over $236 million investment dollars into more than 330 early-stage social ventures (Zipcar, Stonyfield, Honest Tea). Additionally, SVC has incubated and supported many of the most important social impact organizations and maintains strategic partnerships while leading the field towards a shared vision. SVC targets to raise between $200K and $3 million in companies with headquarters and/or significant operating presence and impact in one of our local networks: New York Area, Pennsylvania, Colorado, North Carolina, New England, and Bay Area but currently are accepting applications outside of these markets as our investor networks operate virtually. ASBC (American Sustainable Business Council) and SVC is an alliance of over 700+ businesses, entrepreneurs, impact investors, policy makers, and capacity-builders.
