Stephen and Elisa Summers, who, along with Ray and Heather Washburne, own the historic Highland Park Village shopping center. Elisa Summers (sister to Heather Washburne) is a descendant of legendary Texas oil magnate H.L. Hunt, the father of Kansas City Chiefs founder Lamar Hunt. The family continues to own all of its legacy shared investments with the Washburne family (Gillon Capital see profile), including Highland Park Village. The firm focuses on luxury real estate with properties such as Highland Park Village, as well as Aspen Core Village in Aspen, the Dior Building in Hawaii and 12th South Collection in Nashville, Knox Street District in Dallas, and Phillips Place in Charlotte.
