Stephen and Elisa Summers, who, along with Ray and Heather Washburne, own the historic Highland Park Village shopping center. Elisa Summers (sister to Heather Washburne) is a descendant of legendary Texas oil magnate H.L. Hunt, the father of Kansas City Chiefs founder Lamar Hunt. The family continues to own all of its legacy shared investments with the Washburne family (Gillon Capital see profile), including Highland Park Village.
