Tom Meredith is a Partner in Brightstar Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm based in New York. He is also CEO of MFI Capital, the Meredith family's private investment arm. Mr. Meredith's career spans over 35 years and includes extensive experience in corporate finance, manufacturing, finance operations, and global financial markets. Mr. Meredith has served in various senior positions at Dell Inc., he served as Dell's CFO, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy and Managing Director of Dell Ventures as well as CFO of Motorola. Mr. Meredith currently serves on the board of directors of Global Resale, IPX, Inc., Key Concierge, Inc., Nulo, Inc., Rallyhood, Inc., Verb, Inc. and Umbel, Inc. Mr. Meredith is a member of the board of The Nature Conservancy, Waller Creek Conservancy and AI Austin. He serves on the Advisory Boards of the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas and the University of Texas System Chancellor's Technology Commercialization Cabinet. He is also an Emeritus Trustee of the University of Virginia College Foundation Board.
