    Description:

    Valhalla Partners was formed in early 2002 and focuses primarily on companies in the next-generation infrastructure area (cloud computing and storage, Big Data, scale-out systems and networks) and the digital media area (digital advertising technology, digital video, and ecommerce); and looks for the best companies in this area regardless of company stage or geography. The firm manages approximately $170 million. The firm's team has invested in or served as senior executives in over 100 companies during the last twenty years. More than half of these investments have been in the Mid-Atlantic region. To date, 43 of these have already experienced successful initial public offerings or successful mergers. Valhalla also considers participating in Technology Buyouts and Spin outs. Founding Valhalla General Partner, Arthur Marks, passed away in 2019.
