Preferred interest is in companies that solve fundamental problems for the healthcare industry (differentiated care quality, access to healthcare providers, savings for patients and payors, efficiency creation). VHP seeks out companies with an EBITDA of $5 to $15 million. Equity investments are at $10 million to $60 million (or substantially larger with co-investment partners).
